Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new high-quality customers across industries in the Swiss market; know-how of the financial services sector (banks and insurance companies) an advantage.
  • Sales strategy, pursuit/closure plans for acquisition of new clients and account development
  • Selling the product/service by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects
  • Business Development
  • Building long lasting relationships, as a trusted advisor across the client list (up to C level)
  • Cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of value propositions for the product and service offering (e.g. DevOps, digital transformation or test management)
  • Managing multiple opportunities with internal teams through the sales cycle, timescales and at the same time ensuring that client requirements are met
  • Based on the demand and the market analysis, identifying relevant customer segments and implementation measures to acquire new customers
  • Organization of marketing and pre-sales activities, price and contract negotiations, and proposal preparations
  • Ensuring that all customer projects have the appropriate contractual and commercial coverage
  • Liaising with other regions to grow portfolio presence in CH (when possible)
  • Generating new impulses for the optimization of Expleo services and contributes to the further development of the Expleo product and service portfolio
  • Staying current with trends and competitors in order to identify improvements or recommend new products

 

Qualifications

  • A relevant degree in economics, (business) informatics, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least 10yrs of proven professional sales experience in increasingly complex sales environments, within Banking, Insurance or Financial Services industries
  • A proven track record in business development, through new customer acquisition, as well as the experience in identifying, winning and managing strategic customer business
  • An excellent understanding of the IT services industry
  • Highly customer and service oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in German and English language (business level)
  • Proven business development skills with a focus on attracting new customers in one or more target markets
  • Ambitious, reliable, highly motivated, highly mobile and action oriented
